30 days to change your mind

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. That's on top of your statutory rights below, not instead of them.

Your right of withdrawal (statutory)

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.

Tell us within 14 days that you are withdrawing. An email is enough.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
We refund the price of the item plus the cheapest standard delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving it back.

This right cannot be signed away. Anything below that conflicts with it does not apply.

How to return something

Email wfw@framahouse.com with your order number and which items you're sending back.
Wait for return instructions before you post anything. Don't use the address on the parcel you received — it isn't ours and your return will go missing.
Pack the items with their original packaging and send them with a carrier of your choice.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving with us. You'll get an email when the refund goes out.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original packaging and tags.
You may try an item on the way you would in a shop. If it comes back with more wear than that, we may reduce the refund accordingly — as the law allows.
Free gifts and items marked non-returnable can't be sent back on their own.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending items back, except when using your 14-day right of withdrawal, where we refund the original standard delivery you paid. We don't accept freight-to-collect parcels.
